Our Best Price Policy
Here's How To Make a Claim

If you believe you have found the same product, including postage, at a lower price within 7 days of your purchase from MadHouse Darts Shop (ie. from the date you placed your order), simply contact us to process your claim.
Please be aware that in order to process your claim, you must provide all the information requested including where you found the same product at a lower price and evidence of that price - e.g. internet site address.
Once we have received your claim, we'll then confirm that all the conditions for a refund have been met before emailing you notification that your claim has been validated.
Successful claimants will receive notification within 28 days.
Unsuccessful claimants will be contacted to state the reason why the claim has not been successful.

Conditions That Must Apply

Our Best Price Promise only applies to products and service listed on our website.

Our Best Price Promise also applies if you have purchased using a discount or promotional code.

This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.
The products being compared must be:

1. A like for like product.
2. Available immediately for purchase on the internet from within the UK from a single source. (i.e. UK based internet website)
3. Include postage costs and VAT.
4. The lower price must have been available in the 7 day period immediately after original purchase was made from MadHouse Darts Shop.

All the information requested must be provided in order for a claim to be made.
MadHouse Darts Shop reserves the right to validate any claim.

Claims may only be made once per product/order. Repeat claims on orders/products will be invalid.
